Jellywalk Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Topundred Inc. (“Topundred,” “Jellywalk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing the Jellywalk mobile application, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully. Jellywalk uses health, motion, and precise/background location information for walking features. Outdoor activity carries real risks. Jellywalk is not medical advice, an emergency service, a guaranteed navigation tool, or a way to earn cash. In-app points, jellybeans, shoes, health, energy, items, rankings, and rewards are virtual Service features unless a separate written program expressly says otherwise.

1. Agreement to these Terms

You agree to these Terms when you create an account, select a required acceptance control, start a walking session, or otherwise use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use Jellywalk.

The Jellywalk Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. The Location-Based Services Terms in Schedule 1 form part of these Terms and apply whenever you enable or use location-based features. If there is a conflict about personal location information, Schedule 1 controls for that issue. Additional rules clearly presented for a mission, reward program, promotion, beta feature, or app-store transaction also apply to that feature; if they conflict, the more specific rule controls only for that feature.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. Jellywalk is not directed to children under 14. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian consent at a higher age, you may use Jellywalk only with that consent.

If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and is responsible to the extent provided by applicable law. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, but Jellywalk accounts are intended primarily for individual users and may not be shared.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate applicable law, a sanction, an app-store rule binding on you, or a prior lawful restriction imposed on your account.

4. Account registration and security

4.1 Account information

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it reasonably up to date. Your username and profile image must not impersonate another person, infringe rights, mislead users, contain unlawful or abusive material, or expose information you do not want associated with leaderboard participation.

4.2 Authentication

Jellywalk uses an authentication provider and may offer email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in. Your use of a third-party login is also governed by that provider’s terms. You authorize us to receive and use the identity and authentication information needed to link the login to your Jellywalk account.

4.3 Account responsibility

Keep your password, device, email account, social-login account, and authentication tokens secure. Do not share, sell, lend, or transfer an account. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. Notify info@topundred.com promptly if you believe an account or device is compromised.

We may require reauthentication, log out a device, reset a token, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the account or Service.

5. What Jellywalk provides

Jellywalk is a fitness and game service that may allow you to:

• view and synchronize daily steps;
• start, pause, resume, and finish a tracked walk;
• view session steps, time, speed, distance, route, and workout history;
• complete missions or checkpoints;
• receive or use virtual points, jellybeans, energy, health, shoes, and items;
• participate in scores, reward pools, records, and leaderboards;
• receive notices and optional push messages; and
• manage an account, username, profile image, preferences, and connected login.

Features vary by platform, country, app version, account mode, permissions, device capability, server availability, and eligibility. A description, screenshot, forecast, estimated reward, roadmap, or prior version is not a promise that a feature will always be available or unchanged.

6. Device permissions and background operation

6.1 Health and motion

With your permission, Jellywalk may read steps, distance, and active energy burned from Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect and may use device pedometer and activity-recognition interfaces. Some walking, mission, progress, or reward features will not function without the relevant access.

You control these permissions through your operating system and health platform. You may revoke them at any time, but revocation may stop or limit a feature and does not reverse activity already processed.

6.2 Location

A reward-eligible walking session may require precise location and, to continue while the screen is off or the app is in the background, background/“always” location. Jellywalk is designed to activate this tracking for an active walking session and to stop it when the session ends. Your device may display a persistent notification or background-location indicator while tracking is active.

You must review and separately consent to Schedule 1 where required. Disabling location may prevent session tracking, route records, movement validation, and rewards.

6.3 Photos and notifications

Photo-library access is used only when you choose a profile image. Notification permission allows push messages and an ongoing walking-session notification. Optional marketing consent is not required to maintain an account.

6.4 Device and network requirements

You are responsible for a compatible device, operating system, data connection, battery, and any carrier or internet charges. Sensor accuracy, health-platform synchronization, GPS, network availability, and background execution are controlled partly by your device and third parties. Battery optimization, low-power mode, permissions, buildings, weather, network conditions, or device settings may interrupt a session.

7. Fitness and outdoor safety

You are solely responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe and appropriate for you. In particular:

• consult a qualified health professional before beginning or changing an exercise program if you have a health concern, symptoms, injury, disability, or other reason for caution;
• stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, breathing difficulty, or another concerning symptom;
• stay aware of traffic, terrain, weather, animals, construction, people, and your surroundings;
• do not look at, hold, or interact with the app when it is unsafe, including while driving, cycling, crossing a road, or operating equipment;
• obey traffic, property, park, workplace, and public-safety rules;
• do not trespass, enter a restricted or dangerous area, or take a route solely because the app displays activity there; and
• carry appropriate equipment and use your own judgment about hydration, visibility, accessibility, and emergency planning.

Jellywalk does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease; monitor you for a medical emergency; guarantee the accuracy of health, distance, speed, route, or calorie measurements; dispatch help; or replace a physician, emergency number, official map, or safety authority. Call the appropriate local emergency service in an emergency.

8. License to use the Service

Subject to these Terms, Topundred grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the object-code version of Jellywalk on devices you own or control for lawful, non-commercial personal use.

Topundred and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including software, designs, text, artwork, characters, graphics, audio, data compilations, algorithms, scoring and reward systems, APIs, brands, and other content. Except where law gives a non-waivable right, you may not:

• copy, modify, translate, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, discover source code, keys, models, or non-public rules, or bypass technical protections;
• scrape, crawl, index, mirror, frame, or use automated means to access the Service without written permission;
• access a non-public API, admin function, account, server, or data set without authorization;
• remove ownership notices or use Jellywalk names, logos, or trade dress in a misleading way; or
• use the Service or its output to build or train a competing product except as applicable law expressly permits.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Service or virtual features to you.

9. Your profile content and feedback

You retain any rights you have in a profile image or other content you submit (“User Content”). You give Topundred a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, transmit, and display User Content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the relevant in-Service feature. For example, a profile image and username may appear on your profile and leaderboard. This license ends when the content is deleted, subject to reasonable cache, backup, legal, and integrity periods.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for User Content and that it does not violate law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or another person’s rights. We may remove or restrict content that reasonably appears to violate these Terms or create risk.

If you voluntarily submit ideas or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we do not acquire ownership of personal information included in the feedback.

10. Acceptable use and fair play

You may not use or attempt to use Jellywalk to:

1. break law, violate another person’s rights, harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate, impersonate, or distribute unlawful or harmful material;
2. falsify identity, operate another person’s account, create accounts in bulk, maintain multiple accounts to obtain an unfair reward, or evade a suspension;
3. manipulate steps, health records, motion signals, time, speed, distance, location, GPS accuracy, device state, session messages, network traffic, scores, balances, or reward eligibility;
4. use mock location, GPS spoofing, sensor injection, emulation, automation, bots, scripts, macros, modified clients, packet replay, message duplication, sequence tampering, or another cheating method;
5. exploit a bug, race condition, pricing/reward error, or undocumented behavior, or conceal it from us after obtaining an improper benefit;
6. interfere with servers, networks, WebSockets, authentication, rate limits, monitoring, another user, or Service availability;
7. introduce malware, harmful code, denial-of-service traffic, or unauthorized data collection;
8. probe, scan, test, or disclose a vulnerability except through a written process authorized by Topundred;
9. collect, infer, expose, or misuse another user’s identity, email, profile, health, location, activity, or leaderboard information; or
10. use Jellywalk for surveillance, employee monitoring, insurance or credit assessment, wagering, unlawful financial activity, or a safety-critical system.

Do not encourage, assist, or provide tools for another person to do any of these things.

11. Activity validation and enforcement

Jellywalk may automatically evaluate step changes, cadence, elapsed time, speed, distance, GPS accuracy, route sequence, timestamps, connection state, duplicate messages, and related signals. We may clamp or discard activity, mark a session suspicious, hold or exclude a result, withhold or reverse a reward, correct a balance, require verification, restrict a device, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect fair play or security.

A display during a walk is provisional until the session is completed and validated. Connectivity or synchronization failures may cause data loss or a different final result. A rule or model can make mistakes; you may request review by emailing info@topundred.com with the username and relevant session date/time. Do not send a password, token, or unnecessary location history.

We may preserve relevant records while investigating an appeal or suspected violation. Enforcement will be proportionate where reasonably possible, and we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond when required by law or appropriate under the circumstances.

12. Virtual balances, items, rewards, and leaderboards

12.1 Limited virtual features

Points, jellybeans, scores, energy, in-app health, shoes, shoe attributes, items, missions, checkpoints, rankings, reward allocations, and similar features are limited, revocable licenses within Jellywalk. Unless a separate program expressly states otherwise, they:

• have no cash value and are not legal tender;
• are not deposits, savings, securities, investments, e-money, cryptocurrency, or a claim against Topundred;
• cannot be redeemed for cash or property from Topundred;
• cannot be sold, transferred, inherited, pledged, traded, or exchanged outside the Service; and
• do not create ownership in an account, software object, database record, brand, or intellectual property.

A label such as “wallet,” “NFT mode,” “asset,” “earn,” or “reward” in the interface describes a game feature and does not by itself create a blockchain token, financial product, or property right.

12.2 Calculations and corrections

Reward amounts may depend on accepted activity, equipped shoes or attributes, eligibility rules, daily pools, other users’ results, system timing, and rounding. An estimated reward or leaderboard position can change until distribution is complete.

We may correct an erroneous credit, debit, duplicate, calculation, display, or distribution; reverse a benefit obtained through abuse or technical error; and reconcile a balance with authoritative records. We will not arbitrarily remove a finally earned benefit in violation of mandatory law.

12.3 Program changes

To maintain fairness, security, legal compliance, and Service sustainability, we may change availability, earning rates, pool sizes, validation thresholds, item attributes, inventory, uses, limits, or expiration rules. We will provide notice where a change materially affects users and notice is required or reasonably practicable.

Jellywalk does not guarantee that a mission, item, mode, pool, ranking, or reward will continue, maintain a particular utility, or be available in every region or version.

12.4 Leaderboards

If you participate in a feature connected to a leaderboard, other Jellywalk users may see your username, profile image, ranking, score, and related reward. Do not attempt to identify, contact, harass, or profile another participant from leaderboard information.

12.5 Fees and purchases

The current core Service is provided without a subscription fee, although carrier and internet charges may apply. Virtual shop transactions use in-Service balances unless Jellywalk clearly presents a real-money checkout. We will disclose the price and additional sale terms before any real-money purchase. We will not charge a payment method merely because you accept these Terms.

13. Communications

We may send service, security, legal, authentication, account, session, or virtual-transaction notices that are necessary to operate the Service. With your optional consent, we may send marketing or promotional push messages. You can withdraw marketing consent or disable notifications, but device-level notification settings may not update an in-account preference until the app synchronizes.

You are responsible for keeping a deliverable email address and reviewing notices made available in the app. Electronic notices satisfy a writing requirement to the extent permitted by law.

14. Third-party services

Jellywalk depends on or may link to services operated by others, including Auth0, Apple, Google, HealthKit, Health Connect, Firebase, Google Cloud, Google Analytics for Firebase on Android, CARTO map tiles, operating systems, app stores, device manufacturers, and websites opened from notices. We do not control their availability, accuracy, security, content, or independent practices.

Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms. Topundred is not responsible for a third-party service except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or the problem is caused by Topundred’s own breach.

14.1 App-store terms

If you download Jellywalk through Apple App Store or Google Play:

• these Terms are between you and Topundred, not the store provider;
• the store provider has no duty to furnish maintenance or support for Jellywalk except as its rules require;
• the store provider is not responsible for claims relating to Jellywalk except where law or store terms say otherwise;
• your license is limited by the store’s usage rules; and
• the store provider and its affiliates may enforce the app-store provisions of these Terms as third-party beneficiaries where their rules provide.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the categories, purposes, retention, disclosures, overseas processing, health/location commitments, and user rights associated with Jellywalk information. By using a permission-based feature, you direct the device or provider to make the authorized information available for that feature.

Consent to optional marketing is separate from acceptance of these Terms. Consent to health or location processing can be withdrawn, but a feature that needs the information may stop working.

16. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

16.1 By you

You may stop using Jellywalk at any time. You may delete your account through Settings → Delete Account or contact us if the in-app option is unavailable. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete the account.

Account deletion is irreversible. Subject to legally permitted retention, you lose access to the profile, workout history, virtual balances, shoes, items, rewards, rankings, and other account records. No payment or cash compensation is due for unused virtual features.

16.2 By Topundred

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably determine that you materially or repeatedly violated these Terms; manipulated activity or rewards; created security, legal, or safety risk; failed required verification; used the Service fraudulently; or if continued service is unlawful or technically impracticable.

We will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond before termination when required by law and when immediate action is not reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, security compromise, evidence loss, or legal violation. You may appeal by contacting us.

16.3 Effect

On termination, the license in Section 8 ends. Sections that by their nature should survive—including ownership, virtual-feature limitations, accrued rights, disclaimers, liability, dispute terms, and records needed for enforcement—continue to apply.

17. Service changes, maintenance, and discontinuation

We may add, remove, suspend, or change features to maintain security, comply with law, fix defects, improve the Service, address third-party changes, or manage resources. Planned maintenance may be announced when practicable. Emergency maintenance, provider outages, network failures, or force majeure may occur without advance notice.

If Topundred discontinues the Service or its location-based functionality, it will provide any notice, user instructions, and data handling required by applicable law. There is no guarantee of perpetual access to a free Service or virtual feature.

18. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Topundred does not warrant that Jellywalk will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or that health, step, distance, speed, location, route, score, ranking, or reward information will be exact, complete, or recoverable.

Sensor data can be affected by device placement, manufacturer implementation, user movement, HealthKit or Health Connect synchronization, GPS conditions, battery settings, and network conditions. Maps or route displays are informational and not guaranteed to be safe, accessible, legal, or navigable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes an express promise made by Topundred or a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

19. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topundred and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors are not liable for an indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss; lost profits, opportunities, data, goodwill, or expected virtual rewards; or harm caused by a third party, unsafe activity, device/sensor error, connectivity, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent a monetary cap is lawful, Topundred’s aggregate liability arising from the Service during the 12 months before the event is limited to the greater of:

• the amount you paid directly to Topundred for the Service during those 12 months; or
• KRW 100,000.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from Topundred’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury to the extent caused by conduct for which limitation is prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so they apply only to the extent permitted there.

20. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold Topundred harmless from a third-party claim, damage, or reasonable expense arising from your unlawful User Content, infringement of another person’s rights, fraud, deliberate manipulation, or material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Topundred or where consumer law prohibits it. We will give reasonable notice and allow reasonable participation in the defense; you may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault or imposes an obligation on Topundred without written consent.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer’s habitual residence.

Before filing a claim, please email info@topundred.com with a concise description and requested resolution. The parties will try in good faith for 30 days to resolve the issue. This informal step does not prevent an urgent injunction, a regulatory complaint, a small-claims filing, or a claim whose limitation period would expire.

A court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law will decide unresolved disputes. Where an advance venue agreement is lawful and does not limit a mandatory consumer right, the parties agree to the courts with jurisdiction over Topundred’s registered address in Seoul.

Korean users may request mediation through the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee for a privacy matter or another competent consumer/dispute body. Schedule 1 includes location-information remedies.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect law, security, Service changes, new features, or reasonable business needs. We will post the new version and effective date and provide notice required by law. We aim to provide at least 7 days’ advance notice of a material change and at least 30 days’ notice of a change materially unfavorable to users, unless urgent legal, security, or technical circumstances require faster action.

The notice will explain how to object or stop using the Service when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law. We will obtain separate consent for a change when applicable law requires it.

23. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Schedule 1, and applicable feature-specific terms form the agreement about the Service and replace earlier terms on the same subject.
• No waiver. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed, and the remainder continues.
• Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms or an account without written consent. We may transfer them with the Service or corporate transaction, subject to applicable notice and user rights.
• No agency. These Terms do not create employment, partnership, franchise, fiduciary, or agency status.
• Force majeure. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, except obligations that law does not excuse.
• Headings. Headings assist reading and do not change meaning.
• Translations. A translation may be provided for convenience. A version that applicable law requires to control will control; otherwise, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

Schedule 1 — Location-Based Services Terms

This Schedule governs the collection and use of personal location information for Jellywalk’s location-based functions. It is intended to provide the disclosures and terms required for a location-based service. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the main Terms.

2. Location-based services

With your consent and device permission, Jellywalk provides:

• live tracking of an active walking session;
• calculation and display of route, distance, speed, duration, and progress;
• creation of a completed workout route and record;
• location-assisted validation of movement, session integrity, score, missions, checkpoints, rankings, and reward eligibility;
• recovery or closure of an interrupted live session; and
• support, fraud investigation, and dispute review relating to a walking session.

Jellywalk does not provide continuous family/child tracking, navigation guarantees, emergency rescue, dispatch, or location sharing with friends. It is not designed to determine your location outside an active tracked session, although a session may remain active in the background until it is paused, stopped, finished, abandoned, or closed.

3. Fees

Topundred currently charges no separate fee for the location-based functions. Your mobile carrier, internet provider, device platform, or another third party may charge data or service fees under your agreement with that party. We will disclose and obtain any agreement required before introducing a separate location-service fee.

4. Personal location information and collection method

The Service may collect or derive:

• precise latitude/longitude and coordinate sequence;
• start and end coordinates and route/polyline;
• location timestamp, capture time, and accuracy;
• calculated segment and total distance, speed, movement state, and elapsed/accepted time;
• active, paused, finishing, completed, failed, or held session status; and
• records verifying the collection, use, or any legally permitted provision of location information.

Location is obtained from the device operating system and location interfaces after you start a session and grant permission. Depending on platform settings, Jellywalk may receive high-accuracy updates at intervals and in the background while the session is active. Location points and session measurements are transmitted to Jellywalk servers over the network for validation and record creation.

5. Purposes and limits

Topundred uses personal location information only for the services and related security/support purposes listed in Section 2. We collect the minimum reasonably needed for those purposes and do not use or provide personal location information beyond the consented scope unless you separately consent or law permits or requires it.

Personal location information is not used for behavioral advertising, data brokerage, credit, insurance, employment, or surveillance. It is not sold.

6. Retention and destruction

Live points are retained for the active/recoverable session and processing needed to complete, validate, or close it. A completed walk may retain start/end points and the route/polyline, along with time, distance, speed, score, and validation information, while needed to show workout history, calculate or verify rewards, resolve disputes, or provide the account feature you requested.

In general, a completed location record remains until you delete the workout or account, successfully request its deletion, or the purpose ends. Topundred then deletes or irreversibly anonymizes it without undue delay unless retention is required by law, necessary for a documented dispute/security investigation, or supported by another lawful ground disclosed to you.

Records verifying the collection, use, and provision of location information may be automatically recorded and preserved for six months, or for another period required by applicable law. They exclude the location content itself where the law defines them that way. Protected backups and caches are erased through their normal deletion cycle.

7. Provision to other parties and processing vendors

Topundred does not ordinarily provide personal location information to an independent third party. Infrastructure, database, cache, logging, and security vendors may process it for Topundred under instructions; that is processing on our behalf, not permission for the vendor’s own use.

If Topundred provides personal location information to an independent third party, we will obtain consent or another lawful basis and provide the recipient, purpose, and legally required notice. Where Korean law requires notification after a provision, we will notify the relevant user through the device, app, email, or another method the user designated, stating the recipient, time, and purpose.

We may disclose information in response to a valid legal request or an emergency-rescue request only as applicable law authorizes. Jellywalk does not promise that live information is available, accurate, or suitable for rescue.

8. Your rights

Subject to law, you may:

• withhold consent to all or part of the location-based service;
• limit the purpose, recipient scope, a portion of the Service, or notification method where the law provides that choice;
• withdraw all or part of consent at any time;
• pause or stop a session and revoke precise/background location in device settings;
• request temporary suspension of location processing;
• request access to, notice of, or a copy of records concerning the collection, use, or provision of your personal location information;
• request correction of an error and deletion when applicable; and
• seek compensation or dispute resolution as provided by law.

Withdrawing or withholding required location access means Jellywalk cannot provide route tracking, location validation, or a location-dependent reward. Revocation stops future collection but does not automatically delete completed records; use Settings → Delete Account or email info@topundred.com for a workout/location deletion request.

We may verify identity and account ownership before fulfilling a request. We will explain a lawful refusal or limitation when required.

9. Legal representatives, children, and protected persons

Jellywalk does not permit an account for a child under 14 and does not offer guardian location tracking. If a child under 14 nevertheless uses the Service, a legal representative may exercise the child’s applicable location-information rights and should contact us immediately.

Korean law provides additional protections concerning the location information of children eight years old or younger and certain persons under guardianship or with specified disabilities when used for protection of life or physical safety. Jellywalk does not provide that protected-person tracking function. We would require the consents and verification mandated by law before offering such a function.

10. Security measures

Topundred applies reasonable managerial and technical safeguards to personal location information, including access restrictions, authentication, encrypted production transport, database/network controls, logging, incident response, processor oversight, and procedures for deletion. Personnel and vendors may access location information only to the extent needed for an authorized purpose.

11. Suspension or discontinuation

Location features may be interrupted by maintenance, device permission, GPS or health-platform failure, network outage, third-party change, legal requirement, security risk, or force majeure. Topundred will give notice of a planned material suspension or discontinuation when required and reasonably practicable.

If the location-based service is discontinued, Topundred will provide the notice, user instructions, and destruction of personal location information required by applicable law.

12. Compensation and dispute resolution

If you suffer damage because Topundred violated a location-information obligation, you may seek compensation under applicable law. Topundred may avoid liability to the extent it proves that it acted without intent or negligence where the law provides that defense. The limitations in the main Terms apply only to the extent lawful and do not remove a non-waivable location-information remedy.

You may request assistance from the Korea Communications Commission, the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, a court with jurisdiction, or another competent body. You may also contact info@topundred.com so that Topundred can investigate and try to resolve the matter promptly.

13. Changes and effective date

This Schedule is effective July 21, 2026. Changes follow Section 22 of the main Terms and any additional notice, disclosure, or consent requirements that apply to location-based service terms.
